I specialise in bringing ambitious creative projects to life: developing ideas, building partnerships, securing funding, and managing the people, budgets, logistics, and communications that make them happen. My work increasingly focuses on programme management and the development and delivery of larger-scale projects, particularly those bringing together music, research, education, and public engagement. I have managed grant-funded projects, international tours, concerts and recordings, education and outreach programmes, and collaborations involving artists, academics, cultural organisations, and community partners.

I have wide-reaching international networks across the arts and culture sector, particularly within choral and early music, and am organised, self-starting, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. I particularly enjoy creative problem solving, making connections between people and organisations, and turning complicated ideas into workable projects.
